The Continuing Education Programs operates on a collaborative approach, working with other stakeholders in the community to develop and deliver exceptional learning experiences under the umbrella of the Community Service and Sustainable Development Center.

The programs provide learning excellence to create innovative learning opportunities, enhance career development, and provide specialized training courses for medical and health professionals in private and public practice at all levels in the various sectors of the community.

It also provides an exceptional experience to engage and enlighten the diverse society of learners and utilize extraordinary resources to consistently deliver an exciting and empowering experience of lifelong learning and professional growth.

Goals:
  • Improvement of Professional Practice: To help people improve their professional practice by providing the latest knowledge and expertise in their respective fields.
  • Innovative Learning Opportunities: To allow learners to learn creative skills and techniques using modern technologies and smart education platforms, enhance the participants’ learning experience, and ensure they can access the latest tools and technologies in their respective fields.
  • Career Development and CME Credits: To offer courses that contribute to medical and health professional growth and career development while earning Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits that help professionals meet their licensing requirements and maintain their professional competencies while enhancing their career prospects.
Continuing Professional Development Scientific Committee:
  • Preparing the general policy for continuous professional development.
  • Developing the overall strategy for continuous professional development.
  • Formulating a mechanism for announcing and registering the activities and programs.
  • Supervising the mechanism for selecting speakers in scientific programs.
Office of the Continuing Education Programs:
  • Applying the procedures related to the advertisement, registration, and following up on the electronic registration. 
  • Overseeing the assessment of speakers and development programs, gathering data.
